Financial Projections: EBITDA
The investment needed to initiate and secure category leadership falls into two Phases. Phase One is broken into two segments:
- Concept validation – here we will install a fixed number of dispensers (approximately 50) in various commercial channels to obtain benchmark parameters and note any operational considerations that might impact the program. ($200k, 6 months)
- Market Research – the concept validation process will also provide initial marketing insights, the University of Guadalajara International Business Center will conduct the quantitative market research. KEEN Strategy will then conduct the qualitative market research and through their proprietary algorithm models generate the actionable insights that will define the prioritized drivers of appeal that will build the “Culture of Trust”. ($300k, 3 to 6 months)
Once the Pilot parameters have been established, a systematic rollout will be executed throughout the country (six major metro areas) during Phase Two. During our preliminary market research we have identified potential distribution / service channels as well as potential partner service companies that will complement our operations strategy – minimizing our operations costs. The majority of the Marketing and Sales development effort will be performed by the Company.
